What is the difference in a Fresh 48 + In-Home Newborn session?

The main difference is timing and location. Both being a documentary-style session; Fresh 48 taking place within the first 2 days of birth either in the hospital or at home, depending where you birth. An in-home newborn is similar but takes place in the first 2 to 14 days in the comfort of your home.
No matter what you decide, there are very few (if any) things more raw, important and emotional in life than having a baby. For a lot of moms and parents the first couple of hours and days after delivery can be a blur because of all the changes, actual labor and post delivery. I want you to REMEMBER how beautiful the two of you looked as brand new parents. I want you to REMEMBER how it felt to look at your brand new baby and to DETAIL how fresh and new they looked just coming into the world. They don't stay that little that long.

When should I schedule my session?

We recommend as soon you as you find out you're pregnant and know you want Newborn images, to ensure availability.

How does studio newborn differ from in-home newborn?

Studio newborn is performed with props and wraps and more posed than a lifestyle session.

How are my photos delivered?

Fresh 48 and In-Home Newborn collections are delivered electronically through a secure online gallery. Portrait collections such as Studio Newborn are revealed either same day or 2 weeks later; however you choose. This is your chance to all your/their favorite images and to take advantage of our studio-exclusive specials. The final images are delivered through an online gallery and product is either shipped or picked up.

What is a Milestone session

Our milestone package consists of 3 sessions scheduled at 3 months, 6 months (or when child is able to sit unassisted) and 1 year of age. These session can be as simple or as creative as desired. Session planning collaboration between client and photographer. Goal is to document the changes that happen between birth and specific session ages.

How much are collections?

Collections vary based off desire. Since we are a luxury, full-service studio, we offer more than just digitals. We believe in the old adage, "you get what you pay for". Some clients spend $200 while others spend $1500.
